Thank You Concert

Monday, May 18, 2015  at the Newport Yachting Center

Thanks to all who attended a wonderful night of music, dance and love.  We are so grateful to the Newport Yachting Center for so generously donating their venue and hosting us to celebrate the amazing progress of the Hope and Wellness Centre construction and experience the Destiny Africa Choir.

The performance was fantastic and  the evening a great success. Many thanks for the overwhelming response to the additional funding need for independent solar power and water. Through your generosity we raised over $12,000 and are now just $5,000 from the goal of $17,000.

Here’s a few pictures from the event.  Thank you all again for your ongoing love and support!

A Night of Hope

Thank you for making A Night of Hope an overwhelming success! We’ll be posting pictures from the event soon as well as updates on reaching our goal.

Thank you!

Home of Destiny Africa

DA-Drummer-image-473x500With the support and encouragement of Arnold Muwonge the Director and founder of Kampala Children Centre the choir started with the housemother and children of the first house at KCC! Now Destiny Africa has become a voice for millions of suffering children in Africa and the world over, a channel that brings healing, joy and hope to a desperate world.

Through their music and art, they are influencing church leaders, leaders of nations, the corporate world and inspiring fellow children.

Amazingly, since 2008, Destiny Africa Children’s Choir have traveled throughout the UK, Belgium and USA performing in schools churches and theaters. Their performances capture brilliantly the joy, creativity, story and dreams of these young lives. Working with artists in Uganda their shows include, drumming, singing, dance, drama, video, testimony and more with many ideas originating from the children themselves.

Destiny Africa has become a voice for millions of suffering children in Africa. A message that brings healing, joy and hope to desperate situations. Through their music and art, they have impacted church leaders, politicians, business’s and continue to inspire other children through their story.
